Course Title: |
Advanced Mobile Data Connectivity Procedures |
Duration: |
2 Days |
Cost: |
£675 |
Synopsis: |
This course provides a detailed technical break-down of key data connectivity procedures in the GSM, GPRS, UMTS (R-99 and HSPA) systems.
Registration, resource allocation, resource modification data-call setup and termination procedures are all presented and analysed in detail
using a variety of protocol analysis software. Connection managament and mobility procedures are discussed from both Core Network and Radio Access Network
perspectives. Examples of end-to-end data application support are also used to explain the requirement of coordination across multiple
network types
