provision for mobile network users, and the practical issues that are encountered
when implementing complex voice and data solutions via mobile network infrastructure.
The course topics are presented from several perspectives, dealing with aspects that are relevant
to Network Operators, Enterprise IT / Communications Managers and end-users. A variety of case studies
are presented to hilite how key voice and data services can be provided via mobile network
infrastructure and integrated into a Corporate / Enterprise network.
The course draws heavily from experience with several operators and their attempts to
provide complex voice and data services to their business customers.
